Hi there! I'm Asli — founder of Operations Mavenue.

Before this, I was a corporate lawyer at DLA Piper, one of the world's largest law firms.

Good career — but I'm an entrepreneur at heart, and that eventually wins. 🙂 So I took the leap.

I left to build something I care about more: helping business owners get out of the operational chaos and build companies that don't depend entirely on them.

How it all started

Operations Mavenue started with a book — The E-Myth by Michael Gerber. If you've read it, you'll know that feeling of everything suddenly clicking into place.

I was so inspired that I built an Operations Manual for my own business at the time.

The difference was almost immediate — my team ran more consistently, onboarding stopped being painful, and I could actually step back.

Mr. Gerber was right!

I then started building manuals for my partner's business, a couple of friends', and then clients. Things grew pretty swiftly from there — to the team of 8 and the hundreds of manuals you see today.
