I'm the founder of Operations Mavenue.

Origin of Operations Mavenue
Operations Mavenue was born out of inspiration from reading "The E-Myth: Why Most Small Businesses Don't Work and What to Do About It".
I was so inspired that I decided to build an Operations Manual for my own (first) venture – my lead generation agency.
With our manual in place, I realized how much smoother things and teams run when the business's systems are documented and there is always a tangible go-to resource for my team to lean on!
Michael E. Gerber was – obviously(!) - right!
I then started crafting operations manuals for my partner’s, a couple of friends’, and clients’ businesses, and things started growing from there pretty swiftly.
