Compensation: US$180 - US$230/daily session

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Development & Operations Manual Building:

  • Work closely with clients and their teams to document their business systems, processes, and SOPs.
  • Conduct “knowledge extraction” calls (training provided) and build out custom Operations Manuals in Notion.

2. Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication, updates, and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, serving as the project manager for each operations manual development project.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns, aligning expectations, and delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule.

3. Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports to the business owner on the progress and performance of clients’ custom operations manual development projects.

4. Standard Operating Procedures:

  • Update and maintain SOPs for this role to ensure consistency and efficiency across the board.

5. Additional Tasks:

  • Perform any other necessary tasks to support the successful delivery of clients’ custom operations manual development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Operations Management, Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business process development and/or operations management.
  • Proficiency with Notion.
  • Strong systematic and analytical thinking skills, with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities—able to manage multiple client projects without missing a beat.
  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, structured environment.
  • Quick thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient and dependable, especially when working within tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Commitment to reliability, exceptional client service, and building trust with clients.

Workload and Availability:

  • This is a project-based, contract position, meaning the workload may vary. This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible, supplementary income—such as those running their own business, working on other freelance projects, or holding a part-time role.
  • Our new Business Process Consultants typically start with 8 daily sessions per month. While schedules can be flexible, this role is best suited for those with at least 8 weekdays of full-day availability per month, to accommodate client project timelines and daily session structure.
  • Full-day availability is required for this role. Our Business Process Consultants work with clients in dedicated daily sessions during the week (we don’t work on weekends), meaning that when you’re scheduled with a client, the entire day (up to 8 hours) will be focused solely on that client’s project.
  • Potential for Full-Time Transition: This contract position offers the possibility of evolving into a full-time role, contingent upon performance and business needs.
