Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after your purchase to request a refund on any of our digital operations manual templates.
Digital Products
All of our products are digital downloads and templates delivered electronically. Because of the nature of digital products, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If something isn't right with your purchase — including a technical issue preventing access or download, or if the product is significantly different from what was described — please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, contact us at hello@operationsmavenue.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We do not require you to "return" the digital file — simply reach out and we'll review your request promptly.
Damages and Issues
If you experience any technical issues accessing or downloading your product, or if you believe you received the wrong template, please contact us immediately at hello@operationsmavenue.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: the 7-day window has passed, the product has been downloaded and there is no technical issue or product discrepancy, or the request is based solely on a change of mind after download.
Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong template, contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to exchange it for the correct one.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Please contact us at hello@operationsmavenue.com to exercise this right.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@operationsmavenue.com.
