What is Notion? And why build businesses’ Operations Manuals on Notion?

I've never used Notion. How simple is it to learn and/or use it?

Notion is a very user-friendly platform, learning or using it is a piece of cake. We teach you what you need during our sessions.

Yes, it's easy to add images or videos to Notion. Just type "/image" or "/video" wherever you'd like to add them and upload the file. That's it!

Yes, you can. Essentially, all of these are forms of an "operations manual" because they provide crucial information about your business' processes, policies, culture, and overall operational framework, AND guidance on how to carry out specific tasks or operations within your business.

Will I be able to update and/or edit the Operations Manual on my own after you built it for us?

Yes, you will. It's so easy to edit pages in Notion, you won't need me each time you want to update your manual.

Will I need to pay to use Notion?

No, Notion has a free plan and everything in your Operations Manual works flawlessly on Notion’s free plan!

Are the template Manuals pre-built, or are they just a blank template?

They're all pre-built! Each Manual includes 15+ sections, 60+ procedures and operational guidelines, 15+ checklists & forms, all pre-populated with standard and best practices in business operations.

Though the content was carefully curated by me and my team to provide valuable guidance for you, we also recognize that each business operates uniquely, so our Manuals are also fully customizable that you can further tailor and expand upon to suit your specific business needs!

Why are the template manuals pre-built? Why not offer them as blank templates?

Because my experience with clients has shown me that starting with a template significantly reduces the complexity and time for any business owner to build their manuals, compared to starting from scratch on a blank template.
