All products sold by Operations Mavenue are digital products — there is no physical shipping involved.

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email containing a PDF download link delivered through our digital downloads system. Inside the PDF, you will find your unique Notion template link, which gives you access to your operations manual template directly in Notion.

Please allow a few minutes for the delivery email to arrive after purchase. If you do not receive it within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at hello@operationsmavenue.com.
